摘要
在BMS与其他ECU通信的过程中,电池管理系统完成的工作主要包括对电池电压、电流、温度等信息的监控,实时监测电池的状态从而实现对电池的保护。以TC265为主控芯片,采用主从一体式的布置方案设计的电池管理系统,对其中的CAN总线通信模块进行设计,包括CAN控制器、CAN收发器以及保护芯片模块,介绍了CAN通信模块的软件设计和硬件电路设计,同时通过Labview搭建的上位机进行测试,测试结果表明所设计的CAN通信模块在以TC265为主控芯片的电池管理系统中具有可靠性好、通信性能稳定等特点。
In the process of BMS communicating with other ECUs,the battery management system's work mainly includes monitoring the battery voltage,current,temperature and other information,real-time monitor the battery status to achieve battery protection.Taking TC265 as the main chip,the battery management system is designed by master-slave arrangement.The CAN bus communication module,include CAN controller,CAN transceiver and protect module,was designed,and the software design and hardware design of CAN bus module were introduced.Test through the upper computer built by Labview,the results show that the CAN bus communication module has good reliability and stable communication performance in the battery management system based on TC265.
