摘要 新能源接入对传统电网的影响较为复杂,很难量化,为了提高电网供电效能,需要分析新能源接入对传统电网的影响,确定应对策略。在新能源接入条件下,提出基于分区调度和信息融合的电网供电调度模型。该模型利用新能源与传统电网的关联特性,对传统电网的供电负载需求进行统计预测,对传统电网大数据进行了综合因子分析等,在此基础上构建有新能源接入时的调度模型。调度运行:对电网大数据进行全样本分段检测,依据检测结果,采用网格分区聚类方法进行电网分类调度,结合检测标准,进行电网调度效能评估和多维度回归分析,实现电网调度效能量化评价。结果表明:在新能源接入条件下,该方法相对于传统电网供电调度效能评估的置信度水平较高、效果较好,提高了电能调度能力和电能传输效率,保证了电力系统运行安全。 The influence of new energy access on the traditional power grid is complex and difficult to quantify.In order to improve the power supply efficiency of the power grid,the traditional power supply scheduling planning model based on partition scheduling and information fusion was proposed under the condition of new energy access,the impact of new energy access on the traditional power grid and the countermeasures was analyzed.The correlation characteristics between new energy and traditional power grid were used by the model to make statistical prediction on the demand of power supply in traditional power grid.When the new energy is connected,the comprehensive factor analysis of traditional power grid big data is carried out,and the model is constructed on the basis of this model.According to the detection results,the grid partition clustering method is used to classify and dispatch the power network.Combined with the detection standard,the efficiency evaluation and multi-dimensional regression analysis of the power network dispatching efficiency were carried out,and the quantitative evaluation of power network dispatching efficiency was realized.The results show that under the condition of new energy access,the confidence level of the proposed method is higher than that of the traditional power grid dispatching efficiency evaluation,and the efficiency of the proposed method is very high.The fruit is better,the electric energy dispatching capacity and the electric energy transmission efficiency are improved,and the operation safety of the power system is ensured.
