摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池具有能量转化效率高、环境友好等优点,但由于种种制约,燃料电池距离大规模应用还有一段距离。良好的水管理是燃料电池稳定运行的前提,对燃料电池排水技术进行了介绍,包括利用过余气体排水、脉冲排水、重力排水、静态排水、流场排水优化设计及材料的改性促进排水等方法。有效可行的排水方法可避免电池内“水淹”现象的发生,保证质子交换膜燃料电池稳定高效长寿命的运行,为燃料电池的商业化提供保证。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell has the advantages of high energy conversion efficiency and environmental friendliness.However,due to various constraints,fuel cells are still some way from large-scale application.Proper water management is the premise of stable operation of PEMFC.The research progress of fuel cell drainage technology was introduced,including the methods of using an excess amount of gas drainage,purging drainage,gravity drainage,passive drainage,optimal design of field and modification of corresponding materials to promote drainage.The effective drainage method could avoid"water flooding"in the cell,and ensure the stable,efficient and long life time operation of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,thus a guarantee was provided for the commercialization of the fuel cell.
