摘要
目的探讨胃底腺息肉(FGPs)与结直肠息肉之间的相关性。方法回顾性研究2017年9月至2018年9月所有在郑州大学第一附属医院住院首次检出FGPs且同时行胃肠镜(两项检查间隔小于6个月)的100例患者作为病例组,从同期住院诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎患者且同时行胃肠镜检查者中随机选取年龄和性别相匹配的患者200例作为对照组。研究其年龄分布,性别分布,FGPs部位、最大直径、数目,结直肠息肉类型、部位、最大直径、数目。结果病例组结直肠息肉检出率为32.0%(32/100),对照组检出率为15.5%(31/200),病例组检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。按性别和年龄分层分析:女性人群中病例组比对照组检出结直肠息肉的概率更高(均P<0.001),在≥50岁人群中病例组比对照组检出结直肠息肉的概率更高(P<0.001)。结论 FGPs患者较非FGPs患者结直肠息肉检出率高,女性或50岁及以上FGPs患者检出结直肠息肉的风险更大。
Objective To assess the correlation between fundic gland polyps(FGPs) and colorectal polyps.Methods In the retrospective study from September 2017 to September 2018, 100 patients admitting to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, who were diagnosed with FGPs for the first time, and undergoing colonoscopy within 6 months, were treated as the case group. 200 patients who were diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis and matched to the case group in the age and sex during the same period in the hospital were treated as the control group. The age distribution, the sex distribution, the location, maximum diameter and number of FGPs, the type, location, maximum diameter and number of colorectal polyps were studied.Results Colorectal polyps were detected in 32.0%(32/100) of patients in the case group, while in 15.5%(31/200) of patients in the control group. The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05). The stratified analysis according to sex or age showed that the incidence of colorectal polyps were higher in the case group than in the control group in females and in patients aged 50 and more than 50(all P<0.001).Conclusion The detection rate of colorectal polyps in patients with FGPs is higher than that in patients without FGPs. Colorectal polyps have a higher risk of being checked out from those patients who are female or 50 and older than 50 with FGPs.
