某三级综合医院新冠肺炎疫情防控在不同发展阶段的应对策略与成效

Coping strategies and effectiveness of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control of a tertiary general hospital in different development stages

目的新冠肺炎疫情发生后,中国共产党中央委员会、国务院高度重视,习近平总书记亲自指挥部署,根据不同阶段疫情发展的态势,科学精准施策,推进各项防控工作部署落实。医疗机构作为抗击疫情的主要战场,从迎击、鏖战到决胜,防控管理都面临巨大挑战。某三级综合医院始终坚持明确阶段重点任务,以疫情发展的3个时期为轴线,以“控制传染源,切断传播途径,保护易感人群”为总原则。在疫情发展的不同阶段,依据传染病防控原则,采取有效应对策略,积累了宝贵经验。本文以某三级综合医院为例,分析在疫情应对方面的适宜策略调整,从体系建设、制度流程建设、医疗管理、防控管理及人员管理等5个维度进行研究。针对不同阶段的医院应对原则,以医疗运行数据、预检分诊筛查数据等评价应对策略的成效,总结实践经验及优势,为综合医院制定新发传染病不同阶段的有效应对策略提供参考。

After the outbreak of COVID-19,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council attached great importance to it.President Xi Jinping personally directed the deployment.According to the development trend of the epidemic at different stages,scientific and precise measures were taken to promote the implementation of various prevention and control plans.As the main battlefield of fighting against COVID-19,the medical institution has been facing the attack,fighting hard and winning the battle.A tertiary general hospital has always insisted on the key tasks in the stage,taking the three periods of the epidemic development as the axis and the general principle of“control the source of infection,cut off the transmission route,and protect the susceptible population”.In different stages of the development of the epidemic,adopted effective strategies and accumulated valuable experience.Based on the prevention and control strategies of infectious diseases,and taking this paper analyzes the appropriate strategy adjustment of hospitals in response to epidemic diseases,and conducts research from five dimensions,including system construction,system process construction,medical management,prevention and control management and employees management.According to the coping principles of hospitals in different stages of epidemic diseases,the effectiveness of coping strategies was evaluated with the data of medical operation,pre-test triage and screening data,and the practical experience was summarized,so as to provide reference for the general hospital to formulate effective coping strategies for the emerging infectious diseases in different stages.
