摘要
在对顶盖外板局部的直线-圆弧段进行整形时,首先采用Abaqus软件的显示动态分析步模拟了压料阶段的压力分布,鉴于圆弧段的压料力不够稳定的结果,在模具结构空间受限的情况下,设计了分段压料方案,采用大小压料器嵌套结构,在试生产环节满足了工序的要求。采用本结构装置不仅能够满足结构空间受限的切边整形需求,而且能够降低斜楔、模具的整体尺寸和重量,具有显著的经济效益。
When restriked for the local line-arc section of plastic under the roof outer panel,in the first the pressure distribution during the pressure stage is analysed by the Abaqus package,based on the unstable pressure stage.In this paper the segment of pressure plan is given under the condition of limited space in the die structure design,and the nested structure between the principal and subordinate pad is carried out,wuich can meet the requirements of the process in trial production links.The structure device can not only meet the requirements of edge trimming with limited structure space,but also reduce the overall size and weight of wedge and die,which has remarkable economic benefits.
