换热片精密冲裁模设计

摘要 分析了板式换热器换热片的结构和工艺特点,有针对性的制定了换热片精密冲裁模设计制造工艺方案,优化了模具结构。实用结果表明,该结构显著提高了模具冲裁精度,延长了模具使用寿命,减少了设备资金投入、模具数量投入。同时大幅提升了制件质量,提高了生产效率,满足了大批量生产的需求。对同类制件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。 This paper formulates fine die design and manufacturing plan for the heat exchange plate and improves the structure of the design based on a set of analyses of the structure and process feature of the parts of the heat exchange plate.According to the results,this design increases the blanking accuracy of the die and extending the useful lives of it.The development of the die design also helps increase economic efficiency by reducing investment of equipment and capital,which improves product quality and production efficiency to meet the mass production demands.The results of the design could be used for reference in the die design process of similar products.
