摘要
数控铣削加工作为数控加工中重要的一种加工方法,急需进一步提高其加工精度以适应零件越来越高的加工要求,过切是数控铣削加工时经常出现的质量问题。从工程应用角度出发,归纳了数控铣削加工中过切现象的主要种类,分析了各种过切现象的产生原因,给出了防止过切的解决方法。
As an important machining method in CNC machining,it is urgent to improve the machining precision to meet the higher and higher machining requirements of parts.In this paper,from the perspective of engineering application,the main types of overcutting in CNC milling are summarized,the causes of overcutting are analyzed,and the solutions to prevent overcutting are given.
