摘要
为实现在车床上加工截面为正多边形的棱柱(棱锥),在车床上增加一个旋转轴,车刀与工件按一定的比速作旋转运动,调整刀具旋转半径(刀具装刀长度+刀盘旋转半径)及中心距,可以车出一定公差范围的棱柱(棱锥),本文意在探究在主切削刀具基础.上增加二把辅助刀具,以及减少加工误差的思路及方法。
In order to realize the machining of prisms(pyramids)with regular polygon section on lathe,add a rotating shaft to the lathe,the turning tool and the workpiece rotate at a certain speed,adjust the tool rotation radius(tool loading length+cutter head rotation radius)and center distance,a prism(pyramid)that can be turned of a certain tolerance range.This paper also introduced the addition of two auxiliary tools on the basis of the main cutting tools,and the methods to reduce the machining error.
