摘要
根据公开煤层气"吸附实测量"数据,建立了兰氏计算量、实测回归计算量和兰氏回归计算量三个吸附计算量样本,比较了三个吸附计算量与吸附实测量的相对平均误差后得出:用兰氏等温吸附方程所产生的理论误差与用温度-压力-吸附方程所产生的理论误差是相等的,基于兰氏参数再继续进行的计算会产生误差传递,从而导致进一步放大实验结果误差。建议制定一个统一的样品测试前的平衡水预处理程序,测试7个以上的变温变压(起始压力≥1MPa)实测吸附量,并用温度-压力-吸附方程来处理数据可以最大限度地降低吸附实验结果误差。
According to the data of "adsorption measurement" of coalbed methane, three samples of adsorption calculation are established, i.e. calculation amount of LAN’s calculation, regression calculation amount of measurement, and regression calculation amount of LAN’s. After comparing the relative average error between the three calculation amount of adsorption and the actual measurement of adsorption, it is concluded that: using LAN’s et al The theoretical error generated by the temperature adsorption equation is equal to that generated by the temperature pressure adsorption equation. Further calculation based on the Langmuir parameter will produce error transfer, which will further enlarge the error of the experimental results. It is suggested that a unified pre-treatment program of equilibrium water should be established before the sample test. The adsorption capacity of more than 7 samples with variable temperature and pressure(starting pressure≥1 MPa) should be measured, and the data should be processed by the temperature pressure adsorption equation to minimize the error of adsorption experiment results.
