超声对膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤与尿路上皮癌的鉴别诊断价值

Differential diagnosis between inverted papilloma of the bladder and bladder urothelial carcinoma by ultrasonography

膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤(inverted papilloma of the bladder,IPB),又称Brunn腺瘤,是一种以内翻性生长为特征的尿路上皮良性肿瘤,部分具有低度恶性潜能,约占膀胱肿瘤的6%。IPB的临床及影像学表现与尿路上皮癌(bladder urothelial carcinoma,BUC)有相似之处,术前易误诊为BUC。本组回顾性分析经病理证实的26例IPB和59例BUC患者术前超声检查资料,比较其声像图特征,以期提高术前超声诊断符合率。
