胆固醇及其代谢产物与帕金森病的研究进展

Research Progress on Cholesterol and Its Metabolites in Parkinson's Disease

帕金森病是常见的神经系统变性病,其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确。近年来研究表明帕金森病的发生与胆固醇及其代谢产物氧化固醇存在密切关联,但其结论尚不一致,本文将从胆固醇及氧化固醇与帕金森病相关研究出发并对可能致病机制进行综述。

Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the common neurodegenerative diseases.The etiology and pathogenesis of PD have not been fully clarified.Recent studies have shown that the occurrence of PD is closely related to cholesterol and its metabolite(oxysterols),but the conclusions are still inconsistent.This paper will review the possible pathogenesis of PD based on the research of cholesterol and oxysterols.
