节律蛋白NPAS2与雌激素受体阳性乳腺浸润性导管癌相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨节律蛋白NPAS2表达水平与雌激素受体(ER)阳性乳腺浸润性导管癌患者临床参数的相关性及在TNM分期中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析自2015年8月至2017年10月广东省第二人民医院收治的87例ER阳性乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的临床资料。采用Logistic回归分析对ER阳性乳腺癌患者的NPAS2表达水平进行因素分析。采用趋势χ^2检验分析TNM分期与NPAS2表达水平的相关性。结果Logistic回归分析显示,NPAS2的低表达与年龄、月经状态无关,与TNM分期有关(P<0.05),且TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者出现NPAS2低表达的风险是TNM分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的6.472倍。NPAS2低表达是发生TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的危险因素之一。趋势χ^2检验提示,TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的发生风险随着NPAS2表达水平的降低而增加(χ^2=7.185,P=0.007)。结论低表达NPAS2是ER阳性乳腺浸润性导管癌的危险因素,NPAS2低表达与ER阳性乳腺浸润性导管癌TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression level of rhythm protein NPAS2 and clinical parameters in patients with ER positive invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and its clinical significance in TNM staging.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 87 cases of patients with ER positive invasive ductal carcinoma of breast who were admitted from August 2015 to October 2017.The expression level of NPAS2 in patients with ER positive invasive ductal carcinoma was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.The correlation between TNM staging and NPAS2 expression level was analyzed byχ^2 test.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the lower expression of NPAS2 has nothing to do with age,menstrual status,but related to TNM staging(P<0.05).NPAS2 lower expression of risk in patients of TNM stagingⅢandⅣwas 6.472 times of TNM stagingⅠandⅡ.NPAS2 lower expression was risk factor of TNM stagingⅢandⅣ.χ^2 test showed that the risk of TNM stageⅢandⅣincreased with the reduction of NPAS2 expression level(χ^2=7.185,P=0.007).Conclusion Low expression is positive risk factor of NPAS2 ER for positive invasive ductal carcinoma,NPAS2 low expression and ER positive invasive ductal carcinoma TNM stagingⅢandⅣ.
