膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗合并药物毒性单疱病毒性角膜炎疗效研究

Effect of foscarnet sodium injection on the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis complicated with drug toxicity

目的探讨膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗合并药物毒性的单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取自2017年5月至2018年10月北部战区总医院收治的40例合并药物毒性的单疱病毒性角膜炎患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为A组和B组,每组各20例(20只眼)。A组患者给予膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液,治疗1周后改为泛昔洛韦分散片治疗。B组患者单纯给予泛昔洛韦分散片治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治愈时间,不良反应发生情况及随访期间疾病的复发情况。结果治疗1周后,A组患者的治疗总有效率高于B组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的治愈时间为(14.63±10.65)d,明显短于B组的(25.45±12.03)d,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期内,A组无复发患者,B组复发3例。A组患者静脉输液1周后出现食欲下降1例,复查肝功、肾功未见异常,停药后症状完全消失。B组患者未出现不良反应。结论膦甲酸钠注射液治疗合并药物毒性的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效显著,治疗时间短,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of foscarnet sodium injection in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis complicated with drug toxicity.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 40 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis complicated with drug toxicity who were admitted from May 2017 to October 2018.Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 20 cases(20 eyes)in each group.Patients in Group A were given foscarnet sodium injection,and then changed to famciclovir dispersible tablets after 1 week of treatment.Patients in Group B were treated with famciclovir dispersive tablets alone.The clinical efficacy,cure time,adverse reactions and disease recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in Group A was higher than that in Group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure time of patients in Group A was(14.63±10.65)days,which was significantly shorter than that in Group B[(25.45±12.03)days],P<0.05.During the follow-up period,there were no recurrent patients in Group A and 3 patients in Group B.One patient in Group A had appetite loss after 1 week of intravenous infusion,and there was no abnormal liver and kidney function in the reexamination,and the symptoms completely disappeared after drug withdrawal.No adverse reactions were found in Group B.Conclusion The treatment of herpes simplex keratitis with drug toxicity by foscarboxylic acid sodium injection is effective,the treatment time is short and the recurrence rate is low.
