优质护理缓解消化道肿瘤患者疼痛及负面情绪分析

Analysis of the high quality nursing on pain and negative emotion of patients with gastrointestinal tumors

目的研究优质护理对消化道肿瘤患者疼痛及焦虑、抑郁负面情绪的影响。方法选取重庆三峡中心医院2017年1月至2019年1月消化道肿瘤患者100例,随机分组后用优质护理及常规护理分别试验组和对照组患者,比较两组患者对疼痛、焦虑、抑郁及护理工作满意度。结果护理试验组患者的疼痛、焦虑、抑郁评分中均低于常规护理的对照组患者(P<0.05),而试验组满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有助于缓解消化道肿瘤患者疼痛,并降低患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者对护理人员的信任感及工作满意度。

Objective To study the effects of quality nursing on pain,anxiety and depression of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal cancers in central hospital of Chongqing Sanxia hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,randomly divided into two groups and then treated with high quality nursing and general nursing respectively for the intervention of the experimental group and the control group.Pain,anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of pain,anxiety and depression in the experimental group of high quality nursing intervention were lower than those in the control group of general nursing(P<0.05),however the scores of satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can help to relieve pain of gastrointestinal cancer patients,reduce anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions of patients,and improve patients'relief and satisfaction in nurses.
