摘要
依托港珠澳大桥岛隧工程基槽疏浚工程实践,通过设备技术改造和新工艺研究实现基槽精挖、清淤等关键工序高标准要求,同时系统开发了沉管隧道施工监测技术严控基槽施工质量,准确监测基槽回淤情况,对异常回淤、边坡稳定性进行预警,指导隧道沉管安放前的边坡清淤及槽底清淤,防范施工风险。
Relying on the dredging practice of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island&tunnel project,through the equipment technical reform and the new technology research,the high standard requirements of key processes such as accurate dredging and desilting of the tube trench were realized.At the same time,the construction monitoring technology of the tube trench was systematically developed to strictly control the construction quality and accurately monitor the back-silting situation,to warn for abnormal back-filling and slope stability,to guide the dredging of the slope and the bottom of the tube trench before the placement of the tube immersed,to prevent construction risks.
