“太湖2号”青虾苗种产量与水体浮游生物的响应关系 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨青虾繁苗期间其苗种产量与水体浮游生物之间的响应关系,以期为青虾育苗期间的调水培育适口饵料奠定理论基础。[方法]根据往年塘口记录,在南京市高淳区“太湖2号”青虾养殖基地选取高产和低产塘各2口,检测水体中浮游动植物指标,对青虾苗种产量和浮游生物进行相关性分析,并构建响应关系方程。[结果]青虾苗种产量与浮游植物的生物多样性呈显著正相关,与浮游植物总生物量负相关;苗种产量与轮虫、桡足类的物种数呈显著正相关。[结论]在实际生产中,应通过施用复合肥和氨基酸等适度调水,并适量种植水草,以控制在蚤状幼体阶段提高浮游生物的多样性和总数量。 [Objective]To study the relationship between seedling yield of shrimps and plankton in water body and lay the theoretical foundation for water regulation and cultivation of palatable bait during the nursery period of shrimps.[Method]Two breeding ponds of"Taihu No.2"shrimps with high-yield and low-yield were selected,and the indicators of planktonic flora and fauna in the water were detected.The relationship between seedling yield of shrimps and plankton was analyzed and the correlation equation was established.[Result]The seedling yield of shrimps was positively correlated with the biodiversity of phytoplankton and negatively correlated with the total biomass of phytoplankton.There was a significant positive correlation between seedling yield and the number of rotifers and copepods.[Conclusion]In practice,control measures should be taken to increase the diversity and total quantity of plankton in the larvae stage of flea.
