Evaluation of Social and Cultural Functions of Xinjiang Agricultural Expo Park Based on Logical Frame Method

将逻辑框架法应用于新疆农业博览园建设项目的后评价当中,在政府及相关单位已做的评价基础上,对园区投入运营后的社会文化功能、科技示范功能、生态环境功能和经济带动功能的功能发挥进行研究,重点以社会文化功能分析为例,以显示逻辑框架法在项目后评价中的运用和评价范围的扩展。

This paper applies qualitative analysis method to the post-evaluation of Xinjiang Agricultural Expo Park construction project,and on the basis of evaluation of which has been made by the government and related units,in order to research the function exertion about the science and technology demonstration function,social and cultural function,ecological environment function and economic driving function after the park is put into operation,focusing on the analysis of social and cultural functions,to show the application of logical framework method in post-project evaluation,and an extension of the evaluation scope.
