Analysis of the Role of New Rural Elites in Rural Governance and Improving Strategies

随着中国农村的社会秩序走向重构,乡村治理的主体也呈现出多元化的特征,新乡贤逐渐成为乡村治理的一个重要主体,他们从经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设五个方面参与了乡村治理,也在这五个方面发挥了重要的作用。要想进一步提高新乡贤参与乡村治理的成效,就要从健全新乡贤制度、成立新乡贤组织、壮大新乡贤队伍、规范新乡贤行为、发挥新乡贤专长五个方面进行努力。

Along with the social order in China’s rural areas begin to rebuild,the subject of rural governance is increasingly diversified.New rural elite has gradually become an important subject of rural governance,they mainly participate in rural governance from five aspects which include economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,they also play an important role in these five aspects.To further improve the effectiveness of new rural elites’participation in rural governance,we should improve the system of new rural elites,establish the organization of new rural elites,strengthen the ranks of new rural elites,standardize the behavior of new rural elites,and give full play to new rural elites’expertise.
