新时代下动物生产学课程教学模式创新及改革研究

Research on the Innovation and Reform of the Teaching Model of Animal Production Science in the New Era

动物生产学是动物医学、草业科学等相关专业学生必须学习和掌握的一门专业必修课程,内容涉及猪、牛、羊、鸡等畜禽品种的繁育、营养与饲料、饲养管理、畜牧场设计等相关理论和技术,对于培养创新思维与实践技能的高级畜牧人才具有重要意义。但目前动物生产学课程教学还存在知识体系老化、教学手段单一、实践教学不足、师资力量薄弱等问题,亟待改进和完善。基于此,以动物生产学课程的教学目的为切入点,分析了动物生产学课程教学中存在的主要问题,并提出了新时代下动物生产学课程教学模式的创新及改革路径,以期为今后动物生产学课程教学提供借鉴和参考。

Animal production science is a compulsory course that must be learned and mastered by students majoring in animal medicine,grassland science and other related majors.It covers the breeding,nutrition and feed,feeding management,livestock farm design and other related theories and technologies of pig,cattle,sheep,chicken and other livestock and poultry breeds,which is of great significance to train senior animal husbandry talents with innovative thinking and practical skills.However,there are still some problems in the teaching of animal production science,such as the aging of knowledge system,the singleness of teaching means,the insufficiency of practical teaching and the weakness of teachers,which need to be improved and perfected urgently.Based on this,this article took the teaching purpose of animal production science as the breakthrough point to analyze the main problems existing in the teaching of animal production science,and put forward the innovation and reform path of the teaching mode of animal production science in the new era,so as to provide references for the teaching of animal production science.
