城市老年人养老模式选择标准的指标体系构建研究

Study on the Index System of the Selection Criteria of the Old-age Care Model for Urban Elderly People

目的:以健康老龄化为背景,从保障、需求和生活质量三个维度构建养老模式选择标准的指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲专家咨询方法,经过两轮专家咨询,构建养老模式选择标准的指标框架。结果:两轮专家咨询回收率分别为86.67%和88.46%,权威程度分别为0.5926和0.6170,协调系数分别为0.337和0.435,差异具有统计学意义。确立了以保障、需求和生活质量为主体框架的养老模式选择标准的指标体系,包括3个一级指标,10个二级指标,46个三级指标。信效度分析:Cronbach’sα系数为0.773,KMO系数=0.736,Bartlett’s球形检验的卡方值=124.211,P值=0.000,说明指标体系具有很好的信度和效度。结论:该指标框架的可靠性和可信性程度较高。养老模式选择标准的指标框架应从微观到宏观、供需两方面建立,真正做到让老年人老有所养,老有所乐。

Objective To construct an index system for the selection criteria of old-age pension model from three dimensions of security,demand and quality of life under the background of healthy aging.Methods By using Delphi expert consultation method and through two rounds of expert consultation,the index framework of the selection criteria of pension model was constructed.Result The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 86.67%and 88.46%,respectively.The authoritative degrees were 0.5926 and 0.6170,and the coordination coefficients were 0.337 and 0.435,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.The index system of the selection criteria of the old-age pension model with the main framework of security,demand and quality of life has been established,which includes three first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators.Reliability and validity analysis:Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 0.773,KMO coefficient is 0.736,Chi-square value of Bartlett’s spherical test is 124.211,P value is 0.000,which shows that the index system has good reliability and validity.Conclusion The reliability and reliability of the index framework are high.The index framework of the selection criteria of the old-age pension model should be established from micro to macro,supply and demand,so as to make the old people enjoy themselves and support themselves.
