医生工作时长与医疗差错的相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Clinicians’ Working Hours and Medical Errors

目的:了解临床医生的工作时长与医疗差错之间的相关性,为提高医疗服务质量提供科学依据。方法:2018.1~2018.4,采用问卷调查法进行资料收集,在湖北省内抽取了8家医院临床医生作为调查研究对象,回收问卷555份,运用描述性及卡方检验的统计学方法进行相关性分析。结果:调查结果显示,89.65%的临床医生每周工作时长>40小时,22.27%的临床医生在近6个月内发生过医疗差错。工作时长、文化程度、熬夜和加班情况与医疗差错事件的发生具有显著相关性(P<0.05),且每周工作时长会显著影响治疗差错、病案书写差错以及用药差错的发生。结论:为减少医疗差错事件的发生,应控制医生工作时长,保障充足的休息时间。

Objectives To understand the correlation between the working hours of clinicians in Hubei province and the occurrence of medical errors,and to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of medical service quality.Methods From January 2018 to April 2018,data were collected through questionnaire survey,and clinicians from 8 hospitals were selected as the research objects in Hubei province.A total of 555 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the correlation analysis was conducted with descriptive and chi-square test statistical methods.Results The results showed that 89.65%of clinicians worked>40 hours per week,and 22.27%of clinicians had experienced medical errors in the past six months.Working hours,education level,staying up late and working overtime were significantly correlated with the occurrence of medical errors(P<0.05),and the weekly working hours significantly affected the occurrence of treatment errors,medical record writing errors and medication errors.Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence of medical errors,the working hours of doctors should be controlled and sufficient rest time should be guaranteed.
