反浮选法提纯低品位菱镁矿研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 菱镁矿石是制备耐火材料的主要原料,近年来因菱镁矿的不合理开发利用,优质菱镁矿石几近枯竭,而低品位菱镁矿石需经选矿提纯后才能使用。浮选法是提纯菱镁矿石应用最广泛的方法,其中反浮选工艺因可以有效脱除菱镁矿中的脉石而被广泛采用。为促进低品位菱镁矿反浮选技术的发展,利用中国学术文献数据库(CNKI)中检索到有关低品位菱镁矿反浮选的文献,分析了近年来低品位菱镁矿反浮选药剂、反浮选流程及反浮选作业机理的研究现状,并指出存在的问题及未来发展方向。分析结果表明,近些年,关于低品位菱镁矿石反浮选药剂与流程、难免离子对菱镁矿石反浮选影响的研究较多,对计算机软件模拟药剂吸附过程及指导药剂优化开发、提高精矿回收率等方面研究较少。因此今后在反浮选提纯菱镁矿研究方面应加强优化开发新型反浮选药剂、进一步提高反浮选精矿质量等方面的研究,完善低品位菱镁矿反浮选提纯技术,促进低品位菱镁矿的综合利用。 Magnesite ore is the main raw material for the preparation of refractory materials.High-quality magnesite ore is almost exhausted due to the unreasonable development and utilization of magnesite in recent years,and low-grade magnesite ore needs to be purified by beneficiation.Flotation is the most widely used method for purifying magnesite ore and the reverseotation process is widely used because it can eectively remove the gangue in magnesite.In order to promoting the development of low-grade magnesite reverseotation technology,using the Chinese Academic Literature Database(CNKI)retrieving literature on low-grade magnesite reverseotation,analysis the research status of low-grade magnesite reverseotation reagent,reverseotation process and reverseotation operation mechanism in recent years,and point out the existing problems and future development directions.The results show that there are much more research about the effects of low-grade magnesite ore reverse flotation reagents and processes,and inevitable ion on the reverse flotation of magnesite ore,less research on computer soware simulation of drug adsorption process and optimization of drug development and improvement of concentrate recovery rate.Therefore,we should strengthen the optimization and development of new anti-otation agents in the future,andnally improve the reverseotation purication technology of low grade magnesite,promote the comprehensive utilization of low-grade magnesite.
