河北某高泥、高钙镁钛铁砂矿选矿试验研究

摘要 河北某含泥量大,钙镁含量高难选的冲积型钛铁砂矿,适宜采用磁选-重选联合工艺进行钛铁矿选别,条件试验获得了较佳参数,在较佳工艺参数条件下,原矿磨矿-脱泥-弱磁选-高梯度强磁选-摇床重选全工艺流程可获得钛品位48.52%,钛回收率44.89%,钙镁含量0.41%的符合冶炼要求的钛精矿产品。该工艺绿色、环保,工艺简单,是此类资源高效开发利用的适宜工艺。 Aiming to the Alluvial type primary ilmenite ore in Hebei Province,which contains lots of slurry and has high CaO and MgO in ilmenite,the magnetic and gravity combined separation process is good for this ore.The best separation parameters are gotten by condition test,and the concentrate product can be gotten by the whole flowsheet process of the grinding-desliming-low-intensity magnetric separation-highintensity magnetic separation-shaking table gravity under the best separation parameters.The TiO2 grade of the concentrate product is 48.52%with TiO2 recovery of 44.89%,and the content of CaO and MgO is only 0.41%,less than 0.45%.,and the concentrate product is good feed for smelting.So,the magneticgravity combined process is green environmental protection,the process is simple,and the magnetic-gravity combined process is a suitable technology for the comprehensive utilization of kind of ilmenite ore.
