摘要
攀西地区钛回收瓶颈是日益开采的钒钛磁铁矿且呈现贫细杂特性和钛捕收剂开发缓慢。本文以MOH为基体,与水杨羟肟酸、油酸钠、煤油和氧化石钠皂按比例进行混合研究组合捕收性能,MOH与煤油组合产生正协同效应。采用LT捕收剂,确定pH值=4.5~5.5,矿浆浓度为25%,用量1800 g/t,弱-强磁选和浮选脱硫富集,一粗五精两扫的闭路流程,获得了TiO2品位40.35%、回收率85.13%的钛精矿。为低品位钒钛磁铁选钛提供经济技术基础。
In Panxi area,the bottleneck of titanium recovery is increasing vanadium-titanium magnetite with poor miscellaneous characteristics and slow development of titanium collector.In this paper,the study of LT collector was mainly based on MOH and mixed with salicylhybroxamic acid,sodium oleate,kerosene,and oxidized stone sodium soap,respectively.After studying the effect of combined Collector,LT collector had a positive synergistic effect caused by MOH and kerosene.Through single-factor condition experiments,it was determined that the pH was 4.5~5.5,the slurry concentration was 25%,and the amount of collector was 1800 g/t.Under the best conditions,a vanadium-titanium magnetite with TFe of 29.8%and TiO2 of 7.002%was used.A qualified titanium concentrate with a TiO2 grade of 40.35%and a recovery of 85.13%could be obtained by a wetlow-strong intensity magnetic separation-flotation desulphurization enrichment,a closedcircuit reverse flotation process consisting of one roughing,five cleaning and two scavenging flowsheet.Provided technique for recovering Titanium from low grade Vanadium Titano-Magnetite.
