摘要
为提高‘无核翠宝’葡萄的果实品质及商品性,获得更高的经济效益。以2年生的‘无核翠宝’为试材,于盛花期和花后两周分别使用GA3和CPPU对其进行处理,探究不同浓度GA3和CPPU对‘无核翠宝’葡萄果实膨大及品质的影响。结果表明,处理后葡萄果实的横径、纵径、果形指数均显著增加,外观趋于长椭圆形,粒质量也得到显著提升。但是,盛花期GA3和CPPU的混合处理普遍降低了果实可溶性固形物的含量。综上,‘无核翠宝’葡萄在盛花期使用25 mg/L GA3处理,盛花后两周用25 mg/L GA3和2 mg/L CPPU处理综合表现较佳,可有效提高果实商品性,增加经济效益。
In order to improve the fruit quality and commerciality of’Wuhe Cuibao’grape,and obtain higher economic benefits.The 2-year-old’Wuhe Cuibao’grapevine was used as material.The clusters were treated with GA3 and CPPU at the full-bloom stage and two weeks after flowering,to explore the effects of different concentrations of GA3 and CPPU on the enlargement and quality of berry.The results showed that transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter and shape index of berry for each treatment increased significantly,appearance shape tends to be long elliptic,single weight was increased;the mixed treatment of flowering GA3 and CPPU generally reduced the content of soluble solids in fruit.So,’Wuhe Cuibao’grape was used GA325mg/L in the full-bloom stage,and the GA325mg/L+CPPU 2mg/L treatment in two weeks after flowering was better,which could effectively improve the commerciality of the fruit and increase the economic benefit.
