文章分析了基础医学教学存在的问题,介绍了基础与临床结合的组织学与胚胎学教学内容改革的实施方法。此项教学内容改革采用问题导向教学法,以临床问题为中心,以组织学和胚胎学为主要内容,分析临床表现的组织学基础,探讨疾病的发病机制,引导学生应用基础医学知识解释临床问题,旨在改进教学效果。

This paper analyzes the current problems in basic medical teaching process and introduces the implementaion of the teaching content reform on histology and embryology with problem-based learning method.The reformed course is centered on clinical problems which students are encouraged to resolve by integration of theoretical knowledge of histology and embryology with clinical symptoms and pathogenesis,in order to promote students’critical thinking and clinical problem-solving abilities.
