摘要
胜任力是幼儿教师从事成功教学的必要条件,也是教师职后培训的重要依据。研究对广州市六区285名民办幼儿园教师进行了问卷调查,结果发现教师胜任力总体水平良好,但自我效能感和成就动机薄弱。幼儿教师胜任力总分及各维度因学历、教龄、收入水平及职业认同感等不同而存在显著差异。为进一步提高民办幼儿园教育质量,应加强幼儿教师知识素养、提升学历,优化教师培养培训、克服职业倦怠,保障幼儿教师待遇、促进教师专业发展,正确引导社会舆论、增强幼儿教师职业认同感。
Competency is a necessary condition for preschool teachers to succeed, and focus of teachers’ training. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 285 private kindergarten teachers in six districts of Guangzhou. We found that the overall competence of teachers was good, their self-efficacy and achievement motivation were low. Their competency varied significantly due to their different educational background, teaching age, income level and individual aspirations. In order to improve the quality of preschool education, we should improve education background of preschool teachers, optimize the training system for them to overcome job burnout, to ensure the income and professional development, correctly guide public opinion to identify with the professionalism of preschool teachers.
