基于KPI的高职院校“双师型”班主任工作指导与绩效考核分析 被引量:3

摘要 当前,高职院校"双师型"班主任队伍已开始逐步建立,但是工作考核存在标准不明确、内容过于追求全面化、过程形式化、结果利用不当等诸多不足。针对这些问题,基于KPI考核法,设计5个一级指标和13个二级指标,建立高职院校"双师型"班主任工作关键绩效指标体系。KPI考核有利于促进班主任工作业绩的价值创造,学生成长成才的引领,学校战略目标的实现。 At present,the"double-qualified teacher"class teacher team in higher vocational colleges has gradually been established,but there are many deficiencies in the work assessment,such as unclear standards,over-pursuit of the content,formalization of the process,and improper use of results.In response to these problems,based on the KPI assessment method,five first-level indicatorsare established to establish a key performance indicator system for the"double-qualified teacher"class teacher in vocational colleges.KPI assessment is conducive to promoting the value creation of the work performance of the class teacher,leading the growth of students,and achieving the strategic goals of the school.
