基于现代学徒制的高职生学习效能感提升路径研究--以酒店管理专业为例

Research on the Promotion Path of Learning Efficiency of Vocational College Students Based on Modern Apprenticeship

基于相关文献的研究,借助学习效能感问卷,以江苏酒店管理专业现代学徒制试点和非试点高职生为研究对象,运用SPSS22.0软件分别对两组学生的各类学习效能感展开研究。研究结果显示,现代学徒制试点组在专业知识和实践技能学习效能感两个方面均显著高于非试点组,说明现代学徒制对高职生的学习效能感具有明显的提升作用,但问题分析解决效能感、人际交往沟通效能感和自我调节学习效能感等提高的显著性却较低。基于此,提出具有相关针对性的建议与对策,以期在现代学徒制实施的背景下,为提升酒店管理专业高职生学习效能感提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Based on the research of related literature,this paper has taken the modern apprenticeship pilot and non-pilot vocational students of hotel management specialty in Jiangsu as the research object with the learning effectiveness questionnaire by SPSS22.0 software.The result shows that the modern apprenticeship pilot of hotel management specialty have significantly higher learning efficacy and motivation than non-pilot,indicating that the modern apprenticeship system has an obvious promotion effect on learning efficacy of professional knowledge and practical skills of vocational college students.However,the improvement of problem-solving,interpersonal communication and self-regulated learning efficacy is less significant.Based on this,this paper has put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures,with a view to providing some reference for improving the learning efficacy of hotel management students in the context of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system.
