摘要
积极心理学以挖掘人类优势为出发点,探索人类积极心理品质,关注人类的健康幸福与和谐发展。积极心理学视野中的师生应是积极助益的共同体、积极回应的同盟体、积极体验的共通体。但现实生活中,师生之间不是“我们”的关系,而是遵循“我——你”的孤独个体思路,我是我,你是你,师生关系中不乏出现“教”与“学”关系僵化、“权利”与“义务”关系冷漠化、知识教授过程中出现“授”与“受”关系庸俗化等现象。实现从“我——你”到“我们”的师生关系构建,需要秉承助益的逻辑起点,通过回应的发展机理,走向体验的实践历程。
Positive psychology starts from the exploration of human advantages,explore the positive psychological quality of human beings,pay attention to human health,happiness and harmonious development.Teachers-students relationship in the field of positive psychology should be a community of active help,a responsive coalition,and a common denominator of positive experience.But in real life,follows the lonely individual thinking of"I-You".I'm me,you're you.there are many phenomena in the relationship between teachers and students,such as the ossification of the relationship between"teaching"and"learning","the indifference of the relationship between"right"and"obligation",and the vulgarization of the relationship between"giving"and"receiving"in the process of knowledge teaching.Realizing the teacher-student relationship construction from"I-you"to"us",We should follow the logical starting point of help.Through the development mechanism of response and the practical course of experience are developed.
