摘要
柔性直流配电系统作为现代电网建设的重要发展方向,能够实现综合多样化能源、优化配网结构、消减分布式电源和负荷波动不确定性等目的。但相关技术短板在一定程度上限制了其应用,开展对系统协调控制和故障保护等问题的研究是推动柔性直流配电网形态快速升级的关键步骤。基于系统控制策略和保护技术,分析了柔性直流配电网在控制方式与调度优化、故障特性分析、故障检测与定位以及隔离手段方面的国内外最新研究进展,论述了当前理论和应用的不足之处,并对后续研究应关注的问题进行展望。
As an important development direction of modern power grid construction,flexible DC distribution system can achieve the purpose of integrating diversified energy,optimizing distribution network structure,reducing distributed power supply and load fluctuation uncertainty.However,the shortcomings of related technologies have limited their applications to a certain extent.The research on the coordinated control and fault protection of system is a key step to promote the rapid upgrade of flexible DC distribution networks.Focusing on system control strategy and protection technology,this paper analyzes the latest research progress in flexible DC distribution network in terms of control mode and scheduling optimization,fault characteristics analysis,fault detection and location,and isolation methods.The shortcomings of current theory and application are discussed,and the future research should be oriented forward.
