摘要
智能电能表是电力贸易结算的主要度量设备,其可靠性关系到产品电力企业与制造企业,电力用户与电网企业之间的安全性、经济性以及公正性等问题。智能电能表可靠性试验作为一种评估、提高可靠性的有效方法,贯穿了设计、制造、交付、使用、维护整个寿命周期,并随着不同的使用目的衍生出了一系列专用可靠性试验,具有广阔的研究和使用场景。简述了可靠性试验的发展历程,结合智能电能表发展过程综述了在学术界、制造业、用户方对智能电能表可靠性研究的研究历程,展望了在与国际接轨后满足IR46标准新一代电能表可靠性工作。
Smart meters are the main measurement devices for power trade settlement,and its reliability is related to the safety,economy and fairness between power companies and manufacturing companies,power users and power grid companies.As an effective method to evaluate and improve reliability,the smart meter reliability test runs through the entire life cycle of design,manufacture,delivery,use and maintenance,and has developed a series of special reliability tests for different purposes which have extensive research and usage scenarios.Firstly,the development process of reliability test is described in this paper.Secondly,the development process of smart meter is combined to summarize the research history of smart meter reliability research in academia,manufacturing and user.Finally,the reliability work of new generation of smart meters is prospected when they meet the IR45 international standards.
