摘要
职业教育中加强工匠精神的培育是时代发展的需要,《中国插花艺术》课程探索构建了“寓工匠精神培育于插花”的中国插花课程教学体系,通过“身教”胜过“言传”、细节训练从清洁开始、精益求精从“对话鲜花”开始等教学方法,以及丰富中国插花艺术第二课堂,建立素养、文化、技艺相结合的课程综合评价体系,营造良好的工匠精神培育环境,提高学生的人文修养水平和职业道德修养水平。
With the development of the era,there arises an increasing demand for cultivation of the craftsmanship in vocational education.The course the Art of Chinese Flower Arrangement explores and constructs the teaching system of Chinese flower arrangement courses through"cultivating craftsmanship in flower arrangement".By adopting such teaching methods as"teaching by example instead of theories","details training starting from cleanliness",and"a successful work of art beginning from dialogues with flowers",and providing abundant Chinese flower arrangement practices in the extracurricular activities,this course establishes a comprehensive evaluation system combining competence,culture and skills,creates a good environment of cultivating craftsmanship,and then improves students'humanities and professional ethics.
