应用型定位下师范生教学技能存在的问题及对策分析--基于文山学院师范专业的调查

摘要 教学技能的培养是师范生与非师范生在培养体系上最大的区别,也是师范生最核心的竞争力。应用型定位下的文山学院,作为一所地方高校,师范专业是其重要的教学领域,通过问卷调查,发现在师范生技能培养方面还存在着一些问题,需立足自身的实际情况,在课程设置、教师指导、教学场所等方面不断地探寻,寻找到符合专业特色的提升师范生教学技能的有效途径。 The professional training of teaching skills is the biggest difference between normal school students and non-normal school students in the training system, and it is also the core competitiveness of the former. Wenshan University, as a local university aiming at application field, highlights the training of students as future teachers as one of the most important domains in its teaching. Through the questionnaire, this paper found some problems in students’ skill training. That is, it requires exploration of effective approaches to better curriculum making, teachers’ direction, and teaching facilities in accordance with the status quo of the school.
