响应面法优化西藏金耳多糖提取工艺研究 被引量:11

摘要 试验采取传统的热水浸提法,探究料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度等3个因素对金耳多糖提取率的影响。采用响应面法对金耳多糖的提取条件进行优化,研究结果发现料液比对金耳多糖提取率的影响最大,料液比与浸提温度的交互效应对金耳多糖提取率具有显著影响。确定金耳多糖提取的最佳工艺为:料液比为1∶41(g/mL),提取温度为60℃,提取时间为3 h。在上述条件下得到的西藏野生金耳粗多糖的提取率是7.9%,与响应面模型的预测值相符合,表明利用响应面法优化西藏金耳多糖的热水浸提工艺是可行的。 In this experiment,the traditional hot water extraction method was adopted to explore the influence of three factors,such as solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature,on the extraction rate of Tremella aurantialba polysaccharide.The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of Tremella aurantialba.After comparison,it was found that the solid-liquid ratio had the greatest influence on the extraction rate of Tremella aurantialba,and the interaction effect between the solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature had a significant influence on the extraction rate of Tremella aurantialba.The optimum extraction technology of Tremella aurantialba polysaccharide was determined as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶41(g/mL),extraction temperature of 60℃ and extraction time of 3 h.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Tibet wild Tremella aurantialba was 7.9%,which was roughly in line with the predicted value of the response surface model.
