摘要 超临界二氧化碳无水染色可以有效地减少环境污染,文章研究了一种用于纺织印染领域的超临界二氧化碳无水染色的上浆和退浆方法及所用的高压装置。将蜡质浆料用于超临界二氧化碳无水染色前的上浆,接着整个退浆过程只用超临界二氧化碳流体来溶解浆料,退浆后无需处理废液,只需降低工作压力,二氧化碳就会变成原本的气体状态,并可被回收用于下一步染色,剩余的浆料也可重复利用,整个过程完全绿色环保,所使用的高压装置设计简单、设备成本低,为产品工艺研发中的小型试验提供了一种低成本且高效的途径。 Supercritical carbon dioxide anhydrous dyeing can effectively reduce environmental pollution.This paper introduces a method of sizing and desizing for supercritical carbon dioxide anhydrous dyeing in the field of textile printing and dyeing as well as its related high-pressure device.The waxy sizing agent is used for sizing before supercritical carbon dioxide anhydrous dyeing.The entire desizing process only uses supercritical carbon dioxide fluid to desize the agent.There is no need to deal with waste liquid,just reduce the working pressure of the device,carbon dioxide will back to the original gas state,and can be recycled for the next step of dyeing.The remaining sizing agent can also be reused.The entire process is completely green and environmentally friendly.The high-pressure device has a simple design and low equipment cost,which provides a low-cost and efficient way for the test in product development.
