摘要
奥地利格拉茨工业大学建筑学院针对研究生开设的以大跨结构为设计对象的课程设计,将结构分析方法和计算融入到教学当中,使建筑学学生进一步理解建筑空间、功能与结构之间的关系,形成结构建筑一体化的思维方式。文章具体阐述了该课程的题目设置和教学组织过程,总结了课程特色,并探讨了此类课程对于未来建筑师培养的作用以及对国内建筑教育的可借鉴性。
The Faculty of Architecture in Graz University of Technology has established a design studio for Master’s students, with a focus on large-span structural design. Students obtain a further understanding of the relationship between space, function, and structure, through applying structural analysis in the architectural design process, and in the meanwhile developing a design approach that integrates structure and architecture. This article describes the requirements and teaching process of the design studio, and discusses the features of the studio, its educational functions for future architects, and the applicability of this teaching approach for Chinese architectural education.
