民办高校统战工作的实践创新探索

统战工作在推动民办高校发展中具有重要作用。在二三十年的发展中,不少民办高校统战工作虽然取得了一定成效,但就当前整体发展情况而言,有些方面仍旧存在相当大的差距。为适应习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想要求,推动民办高校高质量发展,民办高校必须加大党建工作力度,积极探索利于统战工作不断创新进取的实践路径,这对民办高校提升党建质量、实现新的跨越有着深远意义。

United front work plays an important role in promoting the development of private universities. During its development in more than 20 years, the united front work in many private universities has achieved certain effects, yet as a whole, there still exists rather considerable gap in some aspects.In order to adapt to the requirement of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and promote the development of private universities with high quality, it is necessary for private universities to strengthen the work of party building, and explore actively the practical path for continuous innovation in the united front work. These efforts will, with far-reaching significance, help private universities improve the quality of party building work, and achieve new leaps in their development.
