联合国人权理事会第三十七届会议通过了倡导构建人类命运共同体的方案,这是对构建人类命运共同体的更高级、更广泛认同。当前,如何具体推动构建人类命运共同体成为热点问题。在深刻理解马克思主义哲学的基础上,通过对目前国际形势的全面分析,把握构建人类命运共同体的时间维度、空间维度和内容维度这三重维度,深入研究为何以及如何分阶段、分地域、分领域地构建人类命运共同体,有利于进一步全面推动人类命运共同体稳步构建的实践化与具体化。

In the UN Human Rights Council’ thirty-seventh session, the proposition of constructing the human destiny community is passed, which means the acknowledge of constructing human destiny community has been approved in higher and wider sense. Currently, how to concretely promote the construction of human destiny community has become a hot topic. On the basis of deeply understanding Marxism philosophy, and through the comprehensive analysis on current international situation, we should master the three dimensions of time, space, and content in the construction of human destiny community, and make research in-depth on how to do it step by step with divided phases, areas, and spheres. These efforts will promote the concrete practice for the construction of human destiny community further, steadily and comprehensively.
