中国证券业70年的发展历程大致可分为初步探索、快速发展和新时代发展三个阶段。70年来,中国证券业在证券交易所建设、期货市场发展、上市公司培育、证券公司成长、投资者群体构建和对外开放等方面取得了一系列举世瞩目的成就,为中国经济发展做出了突出贡献。中国证券业70年的发展经验主要有"五个坚持":坚持以发展为第一要务,坚持探索创新,坚持改革开放,坚持严格监管,坚持守住不发生系统性金融风险的底线。

The 70-year development history of China’s securities system can be roughly divided into three historical periods: preliminary exploration, rapid development and new development in the new era. Over the past 70 years, a series of remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of stock exchanges, the development of futures markets, the cultivation of listed companies, the growth of securities companies, the construction of investor structure and the opening up to the outside world, which have made outstanding contributions to China’s economic development. There are five main experiences in the development of China’s securities industry in the past 70 years: insisting on taking development as the first priority, insisting on innovation, insisting on reform and opening up, insisting on dynamic supervision and regulation, and insisting on preventing systemic financial risks.
