摘要
离心泵气蚀对离心泵的正常使用带来各种不利因素与使用风险,更是导致设备损坏、安全生产问题的重要原因之一,因此如何解决离心泵气蚀问题也成为行业内重点讨论的问题。本文首先介绍了离心泵气蚀的机理,其次对离心泵气蚀发生的影响因素进行了解析,最后则结合上述内容,对应离心泵气蚀的解决策略、预防途径进行了探讨,希望可以有效提升离心泵气蚀的防护水平,为促进安全生产活动创造良好的条件。
The cavitation of centrifugal pump brings various adverse factors and risks to the normal use of centrifugal pump,and it is also one of the important reasons for the problems of equipment damage and safety production.Therefore,how to solve the cavitation problem of centrifugal pump has become a key issue in the industry.This paperfirst introduces the mechanism ofcentrifugal pump cavitation,and then analyzes the influencing factors of centrifugal pump cavitation.Finally,combined with the above content,it discusses the solution strategies and prevention ways of centrifugal pump cavitation,hoping to effectively improve the prevention level of centrifugal pump cavitation and create good conditions for promoting safe production activities.
