摘要
本文将结合萍乡六六一科技公司中低温乳化炸药生产线乳化工艺实际运行情况,对废药体系进行重建性实验,通过实验的方式研究重乳化温度对乳化炸药稳定性的影响,乳化机转速、乳化时间对乳化炸药储存期的影响,以及破乳后乳化炸药的爆炸性能,相关结论能够为乳化炸药破乳后废药的新处理工艺技术提供参考与支持。
Based on the actual operation ofthe emulsification processofthe production line of low-temperature emulsion explosive in Pingxiang 661 Science and Technology Company,this paper conducts a reconstruction experiment on the waste drug system.Through the experiment,it studies the influence of re-emulsification temperature on the stability of emulsion explosive,the influence of emulsifying machine speed and emulsifying time on the storage period of emulsion explosive,and the explosion performance of emulsion explosive after demulsification.The relevant conclusions can provide reference and support for the new processing technology of waste drug after demulsification of emulsion explosive.
