JN60-6型焦炉提高热工系数的研究

摘要 河钢宣钢焦化厂5#6#焦炉于2008年投产的两座JN60-6型复热式焦炉,随着炉龄的增加,焦炉炉体出现不同程度的损坏,包括炭化室墙面剥蚀熔洞、蓄热室密封不严、炉体窜漏等,严重影响焦炉的正常加热,无法保证焦炭均匀成熟,并增加炼焦耗热量,造成推焦过程中烟尘外逸,污染操作环境。本文通过对焦炉加热系统进行分析,找出热工系数偏低的原因,制定并实施焦炉炉体的维护改进措施,以提高焦炉热工系数。 Two JN60-6 reheating coke ovens put into operation in 2008 in the coking plant of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Coking Plantof Hebei Iron and Steel Group.With the increase of furnace age,the coke oven body has been damaged to varying degrees,including erosion of the wall surface of the carbonization chamber,lax sealing of the regenerator,and leakage of the furnace body,which seriously affect the normal heating of the coke oven,fail to ensure uniform maturity of the coke,and increase the heat consumption of coking,resulting in smoke during the coke pushing process Dust escaping,polluting the operating environment This paper analyzes the heating system of coke oven,finds out the reasons for the low thermal coefficient,formulates and implements the maintenance and improvement measures of coke oven body to improve the thermal coefficient of coke oven.
