摘要 为了在正常煤矿开采过程中,提高煤矿内部皮带运输机的运输效率,降低皮带机正常运行中所消耗的能量,本文深入探究了在煤矿皮带及改造过程中应用变频技术的优点,并介绍了煤矿皮带机改造时实际变频技术的详细应用措施,探讨了其中所出现的关键性问题。之后还提出相应的解决措施,以通过变频改造煤矿皮带机,提高本身运输效率,使企业获取更高经济效益。 In the normal coal mining process,in order to improve the transport efficiency of the belt conveyor in the coal mine and reduce the energy consumed in the normal operation of the belt conveyor,this paper deeply explores the advantages of the application of frequency conversion technology in the coal mine belt and the transformation process,and introduces the detailed application measures of the actual frequency conversion technology in the transformation of the coal mine belt conveyor,and discusses the key problems.After that,the corresponding measures are putforward to improve the transportation efficiency of the belt conveyor through frequency conversion,so that the enterprise can obtain higher economic benefits.
