摘要 吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)是继烟酰胺和黄素核苷酸之后发现的第三种氧化还原酶的辅酶,是一种新型的维生素。PQQ具有很多种生物学功能,在医药、食品、农业等方面有非常广阔的应用前景。本文主要从生理功能和生物合成两个方面对其做了综述,介绍了PQQ生物发酵方面的国内外的研究进展。 Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is a new type of vitamin,which is the coenzyme of the third oxidoreductase discovered after nicotinamide and luteinizing nucleotide.PQQ has many biological functions and has very broad application prospects in medicine,food,agriculture,etc.In this paper,the physiological function and biosynthesis of PQQ were reviewed,and the research progress of PQQ bio-fermentation at home and abroad was introduced.
