一种紫外光引发剂合成及性能研究

摘要 以芴为原料经傅克反应制得2-甲基-1-芴基-2-氯-1-丙酮;而后与吗啉偶联反应合成2-甲基-1-芴基-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮;最后与卤丁烷反应得到最终产物2-甲基-1-(9.9-二丁基芴基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮。利用核磁确定其结构,推测其紫外光固化机理,测定其紫外光固化性能,结果表明:室温、无氧条件下可在5分钟内引发丙烯酸酯类化合物聚合固化。 Using fluorene as raw material,2-methyl-1-fluorenyl-2-chloro-1-propanone was obtained by Friedel-Crafts reaction.Then it was coupled with morpholine to synthesize 2-methyl-1-fluorene-2-morpholine-1-acetone.Finally,the final product 2-methyl-1-(9.9-dibutylfluorenyl)-2-morpholin-1-acetone was obtained by the reaction with halogenated butane under the action of alkali The structure was determined by nuclear magnetism,the uv curing mechanism was speculated,and the properties of uv curing were determined.The results show that:the acrylate compound can be polymerized and cured within 5 minutes under room temperature and oxygen-free conditions.
