摘要
对某延迟焦化装置的腐蚀情况进行了描述,根据装置的流程特点、操作条件、设备选材和结构,对装置的腐蚀类型和腐蚀原因进行了分析,提出了工艺防腐、材料升级和结构改进等方面的措施。
The corrosion situation of a delayed coking plant was described in the paper.Corrosion type and reason were analyzed in accordance with process characteristics,operating conditions,material selection and structure of the equipment.Measures for process anticorrosion,material upgrading and structure improvement were proposed.
