气相连通罐组安全已成为企业环保治理中最关注的安全问题之一,通过现场调研与评估并结合企业生产运行情况,对气相连通罐组存在的安全风险进行了分析。针对连通罐组设计及运行中存在关键共性安全问题,从罐区VOCs治理源头控制、气相连通工艺、安全控制及阻火器设置等方面提出降低风险的建议措施。

The safety of vapor spaces interconnected tanks has become one of the most concerned safety issues in the environmental protection management of enterprises.The safety risk was analyzed throughonsite investigation and evaluation in combination with the production and operation of enterprises.In view of the key common safety problems existing in the design and operation of the connected tank groups,some measures to reduce the risks of vapor spaces interconnected tanks from the source control of the VOCs treatment in the tank area,gas connected technology,safety control and the setting of the flame arresters.
