基于政府视角的建筑产业工人培育策略研究

Cultivation Strategies of Construction Workers from the Perspective of the Government

培育建筑产业工人有效推动了建筑领域新技术的推广和使用,加快了我国建筑产业发展。经过多年探索,各级政府、建筑企业、建筑行业、培训机构和高校相互合作培育建筑产业工人取得一定成绩。但因建筑产业工人自身因素、建筑企业因素、培训机构因素及政府因素的影响,导致建筑产业工人培育存在一定的问题,为此,基于政府视角,提出解决建筑产业工人培育问题的策略。

The cultivation of construction workers has effectively promoted the popularization and use of new technologies in the construction field and accelerated the development of China’s construction industry. After years of exploration, governments, construction enterprises, construction industry, training institutions and colleges and universities have cooperated with each other to jointly cultivate workers in the construction industry and achieved certain results.However, due to the factors of construction industry workers themselves, construction enterprises, training institutions and the government, there are some problems in the cultivation of construction industry workers. This paper puts forward cultivation strategies from the perspective of the government.
